Yes, those are the clips. Good luck finding any in one piece, because they're all made of cheap plastic which becomes brittle over time. I could be wrong, but I don't think you need them.

I broke my clips and I never got new ones or replaced the old ones so I doubt you need them.

The filler panel is a lot larger on a four-door, the bolts are a lot further away from the rear window. Are these clips (ebay seller altha3 btw) holding down the leading edge of the panel?
