I agree that the grey plug with the orange and white wires is for the cigarette lighter. Seems to be pretty far from where it should be but it might reach.
The orange and white wire with the grey end is a bulb holder for the interior lights if i remember correctly.. as for the relay looking thing i have a power antenna relay in the garage i can look in the morning and compare it.
