That's a 1963 Cutlass. The 61-63 cars were actually based on the Corvair (yes, Corvair) unibody platform, even though they were conventional front engine/rear drive, and were considered Y-body cars. The F-85 wagons even used the Corvair roof panel. The A-body designation was not used until the 1964 model year.
