Hoping somebody has seen this type of locker. I have never seen one that looks like this. Somebody tell me what it is and can I sell it or swap it for one that will fit in my 7.5 in my Elky. The axles are 30 spline and measure about 1.210" at the spline and about 1.395" at the bearing. The spline end is too big to fit in the axle gears on my 7.5, so consequently the axles in the 7.5 are too small to work with this locker.

I'm sure someone else will chime in on this. To me it looks like some variation of a gov lock carrier. Since you say it's 30 spline, more than likely it's out of a truck.

And it looks like it's set up for an ABS as well.

It is indeed set up for ABS, but not out of a truck, came out of a 2001 SS Camaro, was supposed to work in my Elco, but threw me a curve.

that won't be a 7.5 carrier with 30 spline axles plus the 2011 had independent suspension with bolt in axles. Here a picture of the 2011 rear end on a camaro..

More info on this locker it is a 28 spline not a 30, blame old age and poor lighting for the error. The unit is called a torsen limited slip differential, supposed to be longer lasting than the auburn or eaton, and requires very little wheel spin before locking both axles together, downside is it is not serviceable, and is rated at 400 ft/lb, but is used in all hummers civilian and millitary, camaros, firebirds and a host of others. Look up Zexel Torsen for more info.

so I did but that 2011 rear sure is a nice set up.. 😳

It is a stock zexel toresen Lsd... I installed one out of a 02 SS into my old 7.625 Monte SS rear axle along with GN 28 spline axles took a little shaving off of the c clips to go in good though.. Rear axle gears were 3.73 and i also used the aluminum girdle to finish it off.. I have read that it doesn't like slicks very well.. Good for taking corners though 8)
