Any idea what this plug is for? It's mounted to the firewall right under the Vin tag eight behind the orange box in this picture.

If it's the black one pluged into the white junction box it's part of the interior/courtesy lights.

I am not sure. Its the white "plug" in the background of the picture that is blurry. It is attatched to the body of the car. That white plug thing is a junction box?

That's the junction block to lighting/accessory options that shares the dome light circuit.
