what temp to have electric fan come on

depends on the motor, the climate, the radiator capacity...etc. Most engines like to run around 200 degrees. I would set it for 210 on and 185 off....thats what mine is set at.
 
x2 mine was suppose to turn on at 180* and shout off at 160*, But for some reason they turn on at 215* and turn off at 185*...so im kool, it's all good forme, as long as they are doing there job :wink:
 
Mine go on at 190, off at 180. Supposed to be 180 and 170, assumed my gauge was off by 10 degrees. Either way, I like the temp switch in the intake. The adjustable controller sucked, adjusted itself.
