Im going to be installing electric fans in my g-ride and would like to get opinions on the radiator probe sending units versus the temp units threaded into the cylinder head or intake. One of my pet peeves is a engine compartment full of wiring everywhere. I like to see my engine when i pop the hood. So im wondering how efficient is the radiator probe units considering its on the actuall engine. Could i just get one that turns the fan on sooner to compensate? I am asking opinions from experience.
