I've just watched the UK early news.
We seem to have embraced Black Friday over here. Massive queues waiting for stores to open, scuffles and fight breaking out as people try to bag a bargain. The police were called to some stores, and ambulances when some people were inured.
We don't even have the excuse of Thanksgiving, but the retailers have been quick to exploit the British publics love of retail therapy.
Does Canada have anything like this?.
When we start celebrating July 4th then I'll have to accept we have lost the War of Independence i suppose. :? 🙂
Roger.
