That is beautiful!
Ive been looking for a paint scheme for my 88 Hurst and I think I found it, minus the stripes on the hood and the Hurst logo.
I wanted black and gold but wasnt sure on how to do it, I like the upper and lower two tone scheme.
Im gonna also do the 73 Hurst style trunk lid as well.

cool. the idea I had for my paint job was all black on the top from those same side body lines up. with white sides instead of the gold. IMO the gold following the body line straight back under the quarter window would give it a cleaner look.

nice

You wouldnt have to repaint your whole car and IMHO it would look pretty damn good. If you wanna go black and gold just paint the car black and do the gold stripes. That would look amazing...

Other than the Chebby strips its the best combo I think I saw .

Good job

I agree. Get rid of the Chevy stripes and it would look decent.

That paint scheme is pretty much the reverse of what I'm doing with mine.

Thanks for the comments. I forgot I posted this thread on here. I tweaked it alittle more. I will post a new thread tomorrow and see which one y'all like best.
