Nope, they vary due to mass-production assembly-line differences. Some might be equal, but many have more on one side to make the bumper alignment in tolerance. Personally, pulled all mine out (had 3 on one side, 4 on the other) to bring it back a bit, yet still have a little protection if bumped.
