the 15” Monte Carlo wheel uses a different center cap with exposed lugs.
Will a 15” S10 wheel accept this center cap?

Base Camaro also used similar. I had 94 base S10 on the 86 cutlass and also set of S10 "swirlies" fit fine. 5 x 4.75 is bolt circle. Most important is base circle. If it is tight do not bolt on use 4" flapper sanding wheel to enlarge. It needs to be snug not super tight. If you have tighten down and force it to get lug nuts to seat it will not come off when you need to remove them.

Those center caps will work with the Monte Carlo SS wheels. The spring retainers in the wheel should be next to the lug hole to clip the center cap in. I have checked this with a family members 85 SS when I wanted to go to 15 inch wheels on my El Camino years ago, Just have to use the stock lug nuts from the wagon.
Monte Carlo 15 inch Steel.
