2dr, 4dr, and wagons all used a 108.1" wheelbase. Caminos are apparently different. Also, the sedan, wagon, and camino frames all have differences in the body mount locations in the #6/#7 mount positions.

I thought the wagons and caminos were 1 inch longer.
I could be wrong

Everything I've found says wagons, 2drs, and 4drs are all 108". Perhaps someone with a wagon can measure?

Well, speaking of measuring, I just took a tape measure to my 78 Elco. The wheelbase is a cool 117". I had heard a 9" longer number someplace - in the words or Madeline Khan, "It's twue, it's twue".

Seriously, I just looked through my lit pics (which I really really need to finish uploading   ) and it says:

(from '79 Pontiac lit.) Coupes/Sedans/Wagons: 108"
(from '78 Chevy lit.) El Camino: 117"

Assuming it didn't change later on which I don't think it did....

HMM... INTERESTING, I HAG ALWAYS ASSUMED THE WAGONS AND ELCOS WERE THE SAME. I COULD FIND THE 117" WHEELBASE FOR THE ELCOS, BUT I WANTED TO MAKE SURE, IM GLAD I ASKED.

That was the case for the 68-72 A-bodies, but apparently not for the G-bodies.
