You're going to need to provide more info to get a legit answer.

Sure, wheels for a '63 vette will bolt-on to a g-body since they both have the same bolt pattern. Are the wheels (Torq Thrusts) '63 vintage or later versions? As stated, '63 vintage parts didn't have to clear disc brake calipers. Later TT wheels (Torq Thrust II's) clear disc brake calipers.

Wheel type, width, diameter, & back-spacing all matter when determining if what fits on one car will also fit another car from a different generation.

Yes.... A 17x7" Torq Thrust II w/4.00BS would fit on a g-body.
