My car is similar to everyone elses however I don't have any RCA cables as I run speaker wire directly to the high level inputs on the amps from my stock head unit. But at any rate I did what the factory did and ran all of the power down the driver's side of the car and the speaker wire down the passenger side. I do have speaker wire that has to cross over to the driver's side door but I have it running from my crossovers under the seats, up the trans tunnel and up to the plastic molding the runs along the underside of the windshield and then down to the doors.

I ran my rca cables on the driver side in channel with trunk light wire and power cables on pass side(chevy setup with pass side batt) where original rear speaker harness ran.

I ran mine next to the black plastic loom along the drivers side floor. I didnt want to put them in the loom mainly because I think someone glued it shut and the RCAs fit perfect along side it.
Where did you run your power?
When I had an amp I ran the power wire in that same spot but on the passenger side and it worked fine. Now I have a 0 gauge power wire in that spot for when I do my battery relocation to the trunk.

i pulled out the aluminum step on the passenger side and ran them under the carpet, straight back into the trunk... it helped alot that the old owner had done the same, and when he removed his system he just snipped the wires in the trunk so i was able to tape new wires to old wires and pull them straight through... i am actually running a few more wires soon, adding an amp under my passenger seat for my dash speakers... 4 amps in total... 1 under the seat and 3 in the trunk... one for a 15" sub, one for a 12" jl dodge ram qcab box and one for my 6x9s
