2.41 axle ratios are only really good for two things: highway fuel economy in cars with no overdrive, and land speed racing. Other than that, they are useless. With a 3.23, you should still see 120-130 on the top end, which is about as fast as you want to go with a G body that has not seen significant improvements in the suspension. These things are not very stable at sustained high speeds unless they have NASCAR type aero improvements.
