you could try Primewell tires because they are pretty cheap, but also i think made in China your choice. I think 80Z Babiez is running Primewell tires on his car, go with Primewell PS860.

I've got 225/70R14 BFG Radial T/A's on my Cutlass and they look and perform great. I got them from Discount Tire for $98 per tire a year ago and they usually have good specials and discounts on a pretty regular basis.
