Who has the rear window trim clips?

You should be able to get them from your local parts store as they are a common clip used on many GM windshields and back windows. Now if you have a car that previously had a vinyl top, you will need to add small screws to retain the clips.

sh*t, mine did have a vinyl top, are there already holes for the screws, or am i going to drill them?

You have to drill them if it had the factory vinyl top on it ( plastic piece instead of chrome around back window). I did mine with the back window out, but you may be able to do it with it in. It depends on where the clip hole winds up when it is locked in place on the car. I also used a sealer when I put the screws in, and I used stainless screws so that they would not rust off.

Trying to drill those holes with the back glass in is a great way to break the glass, not to mention that even if you do it successfully, it will be a huge pain in the *ss to try and put the screws in at such an odd angle.

This is definately easier and best to do with the window out.

Either way you decide to do it, make sure you wrap some tape around the drill bit near the collar to act as a stop so it doesn't go too far through and mess up the other side of your panel.
