I dont know the brand and I doubt you will find them the vids over a year old and those rims are probly a year old in the vid the rim industry cahnges so quick,but im betting you can find a close design somewhere...

I do believe those are Centerline wheels, looks like the Centerline Laser wheel. Looking at it closer it isn't but is pretty close to the laser. Now not sure what it is.
