widow sweeps???

About the reveal. I have a thin piece of chrome as part of the sweep, but not a big piece that covers the door ledge. Would that be the reveal you are talking about or is a reveal a piece that covers the entire door ledge? Thanks in advance.

These are the two types. They have a few pictures for each type. If you don't have a wide chrome/aluminum belt moulding at the base of the window on the outside of the door, then it had a thin strip instead. I think all inner sweeps have a thin chrome/aluminum on the top of the upper interior door panel.

The picture below is of a car with the wide belt moulding (or what I think other people refer to as a "reveal" moulding).
