Will Dual Piston Calipers work for 14" wheels?

I am looking at taking off my stock front calipers and puting on a set of dual piston calipers for more braking performance. My biggest issue is that I am worried that I wouldnt have enough space if I used my stock 14'' rims. Does anyone no if this is possible or do I need to just get larger sized wheels to be able to use performance calipers.

it depends on what the calipers are off of? the only dual piston calipers i've seen that are similar to the g-body are the setup from the later model s-10's that had a completely different spindle also.
