Will these 22" rims fit on my 84 Monte?

Thanks again for the video LSCustoms! So I was able to measure and find some adapters that makes the wheels fit. Now there is another problem, the exhaust is rubbing against one of them. I was told that if I wanted to get them to fit properly I would need to reroute the exhaust and get airbags. This is becoming a headache and now I'm really considering just selling these rims/tires and finding another set that could fit without all of these changes.

LSCustoms can you send me that video too.

For a quick fix, cut the exhaust pipes off at the rearend. I did it on my '90 Caprice cause the exhaust pipes were touching my tires.

Will that make it really loud?

It's a possibility. My car got quieter when I did it, but I think the exhaust tips (so called "Vette" tips) that were on it made the exhaust louder. Also, I didn't cut the pipes so that they're pointing directly at the ground. I cut them so that they're each facing they're respective side of the car.
