No way. With 4.50" BS that means the outer face of the wheel is 7.5" from the face of the wheel mounting surface/brake drum.
The wheels/tires would be sticking outside of the body by 3" or more. Not to mention you might get into the frame with the 4.5" back spacing. It's been a while since I measured the rear wheel wells.
