they are for a 84 regal. these star rims are the same as american racing, weld, and such right?

I'm thinking with 4.5" bs, the tire will hit the frame. I have 15x8 w/3.75" bs and they are close.(275/60-15) My buddies usually only go with 4.5 bs if they run 10" wide rim.
