Use red loctite on the threads. And if you ever get decent doors there's a window rattle kit available.

How are your window sweeps? Mine were completely screwed and I could move my window at least an inch. I did both window sweeps and tightened the guides. Should stop my windows from popping out. Now the passenger side.
