I'm guessing that the last 5% in the body is the rust bubbles and holes in the rear frame, the 5% in the interior is the dash and carpet.....

sad thing is, he'll be able to con some poor sucker into thinking it's a really good car...... at 3500, I still think he'll have it awhile...

That thing has seen its better... years... was going to say days but for that kind of money It better have been owned by someone famous or something. However I will say with a meager $10,000 put into it it could be a nice $5,000 car

He says it looks really good under the hood does he think rusty chrome looks good. It does have the nice custom coil spring spacers. I would say $500 dollar car considering it would have to buy it as a roller.

If that was in the midwest and less than $1000 there is a 95% chance the only place that car would end up is on a dirt track tradin' paint on a Friday night.
