Wiper Switch? or motor?

Hi guys just got my car running in the rain. My wipers work but after turning them on they wont shut off until I shut the car off. You guys think Its the switch or something else? Thanks

It's the motor. There is an internal switch in the motor that cuts the power to the motor once the wipers are at the bottom position.

Thanks A bunch! this was driving me nuts, is it possible to fix the internal switch? Or just get a new motor.
