Alright, so cars got everything going EXCEPT the wiper. it has a new wiper switch(delay) i picked up one of mikes montes refurb steering columns and that was already on there. with my circuit board i get only high speed. purchased another board and the same thing. Im trying to figure out if there is a way to tell if the board is bad or switch?

If high works the purple wire is ok.
If the washer works the pink wire is ok.
Test at the connectors to the wiper motor.
Set on low the gray wire should have +12V.
When the switch is off the green wire should be hot. (provides power to park the arms after you turn the wipers off.)
Also check the yellow wire from the 4 pin connector to the 2 pin connector, this provides the park voltage from the control stuff to the motor.

havent hooked up the water tank yet so im unsure about the pink wire. will verify the rest . thanks again. is there anyone known that repairs these boards? just in case
Not that I'm aware of. As a tech for a Pontiac dealer mid-80's, we had constant problems with these boards. I'm not surprised you had problems with 2 or more of these boards in succession. We had same problem and only solution was to replace the board.
great. lol. someone has to step up and take or money. Everything is pointing at this being my board.
