Wiper Switch

Hi,
My washer comes on continually when I turn on the wipers. Is there a fix for this or is a new switch in my future.

Hi all,
The switch appears to fine but the washers still come on whenever the wipers are turned on. Short of snipping a wire or two...any other suggestions.
