Since I have a few fuse panels laying around. I want to use them and put them to the test. I want to use a 2nd panel as an accesories fuse box. Im thinking about adding a few LED's and more electronics to my baby. How would I wire up my ride with this 2nd fuse panel to have each accesory its own fuse? Also how would I wire up the 2nd panel into the car?

Just run a positive cable from the battery to wherever you mount the panel. It would be a good idea to have a breaker or fuse near the battery just in case anything happens to the heavy wire. Make sure the main cable will also support the combined maximum current of what you have in mind. LEDs take little-to-no power to run though.

So, how do I run the pos and neg wires into the panel? How would I wire switches to some of the electronics I will have hooked up to the fuse panel?

You wouldn't need a ground wire, the fuses are on the positive side of the circuit most of the time (i.e. in this instance). You would run a wire from the new panel to where the power wire is currently hooked up to your currently-installed accessories.
