Hey guys:

I recently bought a '79 Malibu 2dr that got hit in the driver-side front fender. It pretty much took out the entire front clip, but the frame and running gear is ok other than the upper control arm.

My questions are these:

1. what's the interchange on upper control arms across the G-body line? I think they all are the same but I cannot remember.

2. What about the radiator core support?

3. I also need a driver door, so what does it need to come from, Malibu only?

Thanks!

Ouch is the frame alright? All G-body steering linkage is the same except for the steering box/pitman arm

I would take her If I had Room, She just need's a good home. My El Camino looked worse than that in 2007 .

78 g-bodys are different than 79's and up

different steering column, spindles, different rotors.

I think 82 and up went to metric threads on the lug nut bolts

Some radiator core supports are different and may need to be trimed in places depending on what G-Body they came out of, but they will work

doors are Malibu and Lemans If you get an El Camino door you will need to install your Malibu glass in it

And if I was you I would but that car on a chassis machine and check it. These frames bend extremely easily.

got a couple 4 door cars 1 am gonna use for parts car/ engine donor let me know if you may be interested in parts dont know if two and four door fenders are the same or not,i never owned a 4dr gbody before myself
