I just renewed my XM for the year. My invoice was $231.32 so I called and told them I was going to pay what others are paying which was $99 as posted on online forums. I told them I was not interested any other deal and if they would not offer me the $99 then cancel me. He tried to say my last deal was only a one time offer so I said cancel. He said wait a second to transfer me to his supervisor and it took a few seconds to get the $99 deal for the year. Anyone here who has XM/Sirius most likely already knows you never pay full price with XM/Sirius but for those who are thinking about getting XM/Sirius make sure you don't pay more than the rest of us.
I do the same thing! They want you to do automatic renewal but I alway do a ONE TIME payment and tell them to send me a bill. I got 6mo for $34.50 once then they wouldn't do the price again so I said I want to pay for the year and been doing the $99
