Welp, I wanted the W30 style hood but since it was discontinued this is the only other hood i wanted on my car. I got this stuff from a from a local junkyard where the guy was obsessed with buyin up all the 84 Hurst Olds he could get his hands on. It's real solid with surface rust just startin over the last few years, has all original paint and no dents that I could see lookin quick at it. He had the scoop stored inside so it's real good, just needs epoxy and high build primer. The header badge came off a roll over with 13k on it, that was a great find it just needs polished. I took a pic of a campain or maybe a recall on the underside of the hood from 89, kinda cool it lasted all these years on there. Underside is in real good shape too, very little grindin to do and scotchbright the rest of it. I think I did real well here at $450 for everything, $300 hood and $150 for the badge.

Do you happen to know if he has any ss3's? I'll probablly give him a call sometime next week to ask, It would be worth the trip for me instead of running spacers on my ss2's.
