Im from Mexico, and yep, there was a SS package for 1984 with floor shifter, a very rare car to see theses days. I would keep it as much original as possible.

I have the same problem with my '81 malibu. I want to order a new dash pad cover to dixie montecarlo but I'm not sure what tone it is, my interior is the same color as yours.

I'm new too but welcome. It is a '80 header panel and grille but I like it helps to that sinister look :D
