Has anyone on here successfully used the 1999-2002 2wd s10 blazer rear disc brakes on their G body? I got the set up cheap from the local LKQ but I'm sure if they will work.. Just curious if anyone on here has done this swap?

If anyone has a complete unit laying around i need a couple measurements. I need the length of the 2 cables for the top of the control. They identified by the blue and black tab. I bought a complete unit but the person i bought it from cut those 2 cables......

I have an 8.5 gbody rear. Told it came out of an olds. The stamp on the axle tube reads 3TG G149. The cast numbers on the housing reads 14075742. The other casting number D256. The other GM1. I just want to know what it originally came from and the year. Thanks for the help.

This is what im wondering, i have a 86 olds cutlass with a 3.8 with th200. The trans has lost reverse, i have a 200 4r and a 8.5 with a 3.73 non posi out of a 86 or 85 442. Im curious if i can swap the trans and put it behind the 3.8 for now until i get some more cash to rebuild my 350 rocket...
