1984 Cutlass Supreme Special Edition - What is it?

I HAVE A 1984 OLDSMOBILE CUTLASS SUPREME SPECIAL EDITION. MINE IS CHARCOAL GREY WITH LIGHT GREY INTERIOR. I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW THAT THEY ARE OUT THERE. THANKS

There was a someone that had the same car, 84 SE Charcoal/Light Gray ext/int combo, and I belive it had printed on the RPO tag in the trunk 'Las Vegas Golf Tournament'.

Hey, I have one of the cars!!! It has metal limited edition emblems on the door locks......I'm not asking alot, $1,500 and its yours!It has the "limited Edition" sandstorm yellow paint, cruise control, disc brakes....everything, but when I bought it The 6 cyl. that was in it was basically scrap metal so I put a Chevrolet 350 v8 engine in it, but I still have the engine that came out of it if you want it, trans too

I'm not sure if a 1984 is real, but someone is currently selling a 1985 Special Edition where I live, seems legit.

I've seen 3 or 4 in person before, yes they do exist. The Special Editions were a factory GM option/package.
I use to have pics of NOS 'Cutlass Supreme Special Edition' emblems and badges in the NOS GM wrapping but unfortunately I can't find them at the moment. I do know they have the 'Limited Edition' door handles and badges but based on my research it was most likely a dealer's add on. However the 'Special Edition' option was for 1984 with some kinda special paint code, interior fabric and special carpet from GM.

The 'Limited Edition' badging seemed to be available for any year from what I could see. I too have seen these also and I actually snapped the pic below, earlier last week. The car belongs to an old high school classmate of mine.

I had a pic of the door handles but seems I can't find it at the moment.

The 84 does exist. I currently have a 1 owner car in my stock. It was the options it came with along with color options. My car was maroon on maroon with maroon top. Top has since been removed. But i made the car more special by making it stickshift.
