I'm am trying to access the headlight switch as well as the speedometer to replace lights.

I removed the four screws underneath the dash. Is the upper part held it by clips, that info pull the entire rectangle dash, will come off?

How have you done it?

Thank you

There is 4 more screws on the top, you will need to take off the trim around the speedometer and on either side. To take the trim off around the headlight switch there is a small spring clip that holds the knob on that needs to be depressed then unscrew a large nut looking screw to get the trim off. Once you get the upper screws off and remove the surround, you will see 4 or 5 screws around the cluster and the whole unit will pull out. You can reach up behind and press n the spring clip to release the speedometer cable and pull out.
