It's rather fuzzy, but H02A in the upper left means you have an 87 model year (H) with a scheduled build of the first week (A) of Feburary 1987. (02).

31U and L is your Teal Blue Metallic color, and the 12M is the mid color, in this case the bottom color since they paint it on after they paint the blue, which is the silver. Lacquer- that's obvious.

A31 (????not sure but it appears in the lower left corner). If it is A31, that's power windows.
