Mechanical Carb for Olds 307

HI, just wondering what choices I had in terms of mechanical carburetors for my Olds 307. Essentially there is no ECM so no more need for the CCC carburetor. Basically I don't know too much about carburetors so I want to know basics and good choices as well for an Olds 307, eventually to be put on an Olds 350
