Take the old belt off,take it to your favorite parts place and they should be able to measure it and get you a new one.Get the best belt they have and put it back on...
And,BTW,power steering belts like to be really nice and tight or they tend to squeal.

Get a trouble light or flashlight and have a good look at the pump.Start by locating the adjuster bolt and loosen it.If the pump doesent move there might be another bolt that needs to be loosened.When you get the pump loose,move it so you can take the belt off.Its a pretty straightforward procedure.
