Spare tire setup

Could someone show me the stock spare tire configuration?
I know it sits in the tire well, but how does it get fastened down. Also the jack foot, where does it go?

Taking from ELCAM picture of the "A Coupe & Sedan" the lug wrench is attached to the stalk of the bumper jack with two 3 inch long rubber sleeves. Number 5 in the illustration.


The material reminds me of a heavy duty bicycle inner tube which I have used to make them in the past.
