I was thinking of using it as a storage building o_O But since it was free, I'm going to build it as a totally impractical calling card for my new business. I'm planning on body drop and a wicked chop top that will have me lowering the seats to the floor, dropping in a tilt column, and a 350/350 Chevy. It's going to be worse than a Vette getting in and out

I'm on board for everything but the chop. We all know you can. Doesn't mean you should.

I don't think that it's fugly at all, just different. I actually think that the front grille looks sort of cool. Sort of like a truck that would be in one of those Dreamworks animated movies. :)

I'm thinking that you could design up some neat graphics to advertise your new business. Maybe also make a small investment to have somebody airbrush the graphics on the sides of the truck once it's finished.

Just think how much attention it would get parked on the side of 'main street' and how many people would see the graphics with your business logo. Same thing when it was going to/from a parts run.

This reminds me of a failed project I had once. I got a 1976 DJ5 mail jeep for $100 that I wanted to fix up. I ended up dragging it home and got it running (with absolutely no oil pressure). Then I found a 360 out of a truck to stuff in it. Once I got the old straight 6 out, I found some frame rust that wasn't repairable.

I ended up selling it off for a little more than I paid for it, but I will always wonder how cool that thing would have been.
