I'd avoid the TA one simply because TA is a pain in the *ss to deal with. Go with the perfect launch one. It's $30 cheaper and it's still a girdle cover.

Original repainted black like the rest of the rear with a freshly polished posi tag in the correct 4:00 position. And MABEY some new stainless bolts for the cover.
I think we have a winner... I could put the $100+ dollars somewhere else.

with aftermarket covers I always wonder how well they circulate the rear end oil, I have head some even increase the temperature of the rear end oil. Te factory covers seems to work great, my 67 rear end still has the original cover and the Eaton posi still has the original clutch packs

How? I've had my share of dealings with them and id give em a solid 8/10.
 
I bought a knock off TA style one from Ebay for the 7.5 in my Regal, I like having the thick aluminum cover with drain and fill plugs and the adjusters are easy to set.
