    Is it possible for me to move a car for sale to a specific car forum. I have no idea if anyone has ever evan read my add for the 78 Olds Cutlass 442 Salon race car. This website has beccome extremely hard to use. What can I do?

    I am looking for a LR wheel opening molding and a RR marker light. I am not sure if the 79 and 80 wheel moldings are the same as the 78 but the marker light is different. and the marker light is side specific.

    Where can I find gas door parts for a 78 El Camino or Caballero? Mainly the parts that hold the door open and closed.

    I painted the back of the black cover infront of the gages with some shinny aluminum paint and now have some gage lights. The next time I have things apart I will use a dremil and put some open slots in the flanges around each gage opening in the plastic cover and that will let way more light in.

    When I took the face off the cluster I found that the dash lights work just fine . The black part of the face is so close upto the gauges that it blocks all the light out. I will try some of the ideas 86LK suggests and see where it goes.

    I have checked and the ash tray light works and the clock works but it is in the dome courtesy light circuit. I would imagine that the ground for the dash lights is in the plug in to the dash circuit board. Any one know which wire thar might be?

    None of the dash lights in my 78 Monty work. All the gages work fine. The headlight switch activates the instument light fuse circuit and the reostat in the switch will turn the fuse circuit on and off. Before I tear the dash cluster out maybe someone can tell me where my problem is. Any help?
