by the time you get all the upgrades you would be better off installing a gear venders overdrive in that 350. that would give you a 6 speed and a much better transmission (turbo 350). start by getting a price on all the things you need for that 2004r. been there myself.

i bought an in tank unit for my 81 malibu several years ago from this forum for a project. paid 20 bucks plus shipping. it's a feed and return line type. sold the car and never used the sending unit. i'll give you the same deal if interested.

i had a si converted to 100 amps.and when the fans kicked on i would see it drop to about 8 volts at a street light. did a lot of stop and go in town so i converted to a cs 140 amp and it made a world of difference. just use your si v-belt pulley . they interchange. mine was a 81 malibu.

i screwed mine on down at the oil filter area. fit perfect and i used the one behind the dist. for a aftermarket oil gauge.

nice stance Scoti. i'm going to engineer some adjustment on my coilovers both up and down. really don't need coilovers but they will just rot away in the garage if i don't use them.

there has to be different shift rods. i have two of them for a g-body and both are different and the one i'm using has been slightly modified. my dash indicator for the gear selection is off a bit but i'm getting tired of messing with it right now and i'll revisit it this summer to make it...
