Sorry, I meant 295/55/15. Should be 0.8” wider section width than the 275’s I have now.

Car sits about 2” lower than stock. About 3/4” of tire tucking in the well.

I have 275/60/15 on 15x8’s with 3.5” backspacing now. Fender lips are rolled. Going to put the 275’s on the 15x10’s until they’re worn out then going to 315/55/15’s. I won’t be modifying the tubs.

I’m purchasing some new wheels for my ‘80 Malibu and will be going 15x10 with 5.5” BS. How much are you guys notching the frame to fit? To the seam or farther? I don’t want to take out more material than necessary since I won’t be running a cage.

Mikes Montes has the front impact strip. Looking at getting one for my Malibu.

My Moser 9" is offset too. No issues though.

My Trick Chassis UCA's hit my Moser 9" bushing ears as well. I just notched the ears a bit for clearance and now they're fine.

I just looked at Dixie Resto Depot and they show an option for black vinyl with black cloth inserts. I think I'll give them a call tomorrow.

That looks good. Thanks for the pic. I wish they made a cloth bench seat cover in all-black. The only way I found it is black vinyl with charcoal cloth.
