what was done to the car ? doors unbolted ? fenders unbolted ? i really need to know that !!! but anyhow it looks like the bottom has to go in loosen the hinge to door bolts and pull the bottom of the door but first put some tape by the hinge so you know if it moved if it;s too tight after...
i did that on a plymouth i went with a little larger bore master cylinder to give it more push and a little smaller bore rear wheel cylinders to make it not lock up the rear wheels ..give it a try with your original parts then go from there
put in new pins and bushngs don;t unbolt anything.. just knock out the old pins to get the door off install new bushings then new pins and the door will line up just fine ..
the mechanisms are sticking and not fully unlocking you can start by lubing the door catch with power lube if that doesn;t work take the door panels off and spray lube all the mechanisms
yes needs to be stripped to the bare metal remove door handle mirror moldings ect .tape door jambs so you don;t get stripper in there it;s best to sand the the little paint off where it was taped up then prime and body work like the other guys said
picked up a used rear anti sway bar and put it in.. still reading up on a posi swap going to a big car show and swap meet nov 2 i;ll see what i can find
was it lined up before you took it apart ? did you unbolt the fenders ? send pics of the fender to door gaps top and bottoms .. might be just needs a fender alignment they have a lot of shims
