Hmm, okay. Thanks D: That's alot of stuff to look through, haha. I've got a 2bbl on the engine now and kinda wanna get rid of it. I can trade my 390 away for a quadrajet.. Would that be the better thing to do? And maybe the easier conversion?

I recently moved to a new place that doesn't require emissions anymore. So out came all of that from my Malibu, haha. Reguardless, I came across a Holly 390CFM carb. Will this fit onto the 267 and will it work properly without much issue?

Honestly, I have no idea. The car, itself, has 200k on the chassis. The motor came from another car. So I don't know anything about it other then the fact that it came from another Malibu with alot less milage on it.

Going over my DEQ sheet with a friend of mine, he said something about Hydro carbon being way too low at idle. If anybody knows anything about emissions, my 267 is pushing out 38 at idle when the standard is 220. Not sure if thats a good or bad thing but my friend was saying that the car...

The 267 doesn't seem to take to hills too well. At least mine. Is it just the fact that its a little underpowered that it struggle uphill a little or could there potentially be a problem with the motor? Theres alot of hills out here and generally, its a workout to get up them between 35-45...

It's as stock as you're gonna get, save for an edelbrock air cleaner and a magnaflow high flow cat. The old muffler was stolen off the car for some reason, so I've been putting around without it here and there waiting to get a new one.

I noticed that my car will hesitate once maybe a minute or two after starting it up. Not sure if thats a bad sign or not, or just a fuel line problem. But yeah, it'll start right up, gotta give it a little gas to keep it running then it'll run fine. Then I'll take it around the corner and...

I'm just poking around to see who else is in the area. Hopefully somebody is, I'm way new to the area and I've no idea whats all around :O

I dont have all of that stuff from the Camaro, just the motor itself.. Maybe i could buy something new or possibly grab it all off of another camaro?
