I haven’t seen many people review BMR lowering springs so I figured I would. I was running MOOG 5660 front springs with 1 coil cut off to get my desired stance, and A body rear springs with Bilstein shocks . I really didn’t like the ride with those installed, and it had about 1” higher stance in the rear and rode like a bucking bronco in the rear. My front measurements from the ground to the center of the wheel was 25.5” in the front and 26.5 in the rear and rode like crap. I installed the BMR 2” lowering spring today and the measurements are 25.5 front and rear, and WOW what a difference in ride and handling. I also installed BMR front tubular control arms over this past summer and I can’t say enough great things about BMR’s products and pricing. If you are looking for a high quality suspension parts don’t over look BMR. I love how the stance is now.

i just installed about 2 weeks ago BMR rear spring in my 83 cutlass with a 1" drop and ill be honest I'm a little disappointed i feel it should be a bit more stiffer they are way to soft. i find my car now almost bottoms out with some road bumps. when i called they told me they don't have anything stiffer, with my personal experience with what i bought for my car i would not buy springs from them ever again. researching online i find others with similar issues with BMR springs. i really should of researched it before buying.

I would have to say I really love how it rides, I drove it to work today and didn’t have any issues bottoming out, and when I go in to corners the body roll is very limited. The ride is just stiff enough. I’m not going to lie I was a little worried about my tires rubbing since I am running 325/35/17’s in the rear, I didn’t have any rubbing at all!!!! VERY HAPPY with them

Thanks for the real world experience with the BMR springs. I've run 5660, and now 5662's with 5413's in the rear. Like you, I'd like to drop it 1", but not sure what combination to go with. This might be an option.

After trying a couple different rear springs to get the ride height I was looking for I ended up buying 2" BMR lowering springs for the rear and they worked out great on my Monte.

I liked the fit and ride so for my Regal I also bought BMR 2" lowering rear springs but added a 1" spacer to get the height I wanted and still have the option to drop it another inch later on.
