Anyone know what this tab is called near the front of the side windows?
The plastic coating on mine is crumbling off exposing bare metal.
Does this come with weatherstripping or is it a separate piece? I’d like to replace them. Thanks!

They're known as blow-out tabs, typically. They help hold the side window from sucking outward when in the up position. They're included in the weatherstrip retainer that screws onto the A pillar.

You can get them aftermarket by themselves. Just have to rivet them onto your existing weatherstrip retainer.
