BUILD THREAD Project long time coming

Thing was used up! Lucky for you TDP uses the good billet keys (chromoly) and not the garbage ones ("billet" powdered metal, highly consumable) like Tick.
Agreed! That's one of the reasons I sent it to them instead of elsewhere. Took a week longer because they were out of the keys and had to wait for them to come in

Spent today in the garage. Never seem to make it as far as you want but progress is progress.
Got the ATI balancer installed, ps pump bracket with pump and alternator installed. Coolant cross over from head to head done. I'll need to make a little bracket to move the #1 ignition coil a little because it hits on the alternator.
Ordered two coolant sensors. One for the Holley, one for the Classic Instruments cluster. Had to get some M16x1.5 plugs for the water pump and the oil bypass adapter for holes that aren't used.

Well more parts arrived today. Plugs for the ICT oil bypass and water pump, and the serpentine belt. Couldn't use any of them 🤣 I ordered the wrong length belt, and the plugs aren't tapered, so they just keep screwing in. Found a drain plug i could use on the water pump, but i need an allen head for the ICT bypass block to clear the oil pan. Looks like a tapered M16x1.5 plug isn't made 🤬

So instead I ordered a new ICT block that doesn't have the M16 threaded hole...
Also wanted to get my fuel fittings all set but I'm still waiting on one to show up, and when I looked for the Low Doller pressure sensor I couldn't find it. Got ahold of the guy that bought the old engine and I left it on the fuel rail. So I ordered one of those as well.
One step forward, two steps back. Hope to have another update later this week. Fingers crossed🤞
